Problem with the solution

24/04/2009

Worldwide financial outlook started to look bleak and gloomy since October 2008.Mr Barack Obama became the elected president of USA by January 2009.He immediately announced that the US economic situation is much worse than what the hardworking ordinary citizens of the nation could anticipate.

Each and every one of us is in some way affected by this recession .Every country in the world went through some rapid rearrangements and rescue announcements for their national economies.

What will the future really hold for all of us, it is really difficult to predict at this time. Will the present day rich nations become poor and will the present day poor nations become rich. One would like to think that would be the case.

There should be some money somewhere which should be changing hands right now in order to keep the day to day events going. Things will go bad only when those who are holding the money are hiding it.

Those  few organisations, for example banks or sometimes governments themselves,  which  are holding on to all the money really come forward and start spending the money so that the money starts flowing, the ordinary citizens will not be able to make regular  earning.

Some Governments like Australia have made some smart moves by announcing stimulus payments to their taxpaying citizens in order to encourage them to spend. Certainly that did increase the spending capabilities of the ordinary people. It will

Some governments like Singapore demolish old properties in order to build new properties to generate revenue and employment. That may be one way of generating economic activity is tagnat economies like France,      Italy and Germany.

China, Russia and India have been putting up a brave face so far as the ordinary citizens in these countries are normally immune to any big events in the world. It is only the same few familiar faces who seem to be making noise about any issue outside their borders really and they are those unimaginably wealthy few anyway.

Many South American countries and the Caribbean nations are hugely dependent on the American economy and are eagerly waiting for USA to make some recovery in order to save themselves.

Where is all the money then? The capitalists and the multimillionaires of the present day world are working together with their respective governments in order to find a solution for this ongoing problem of recession immediately.

The problem with the solution that they may come out with is, it may not be really be the solution for the actual problem because both the Governments and the capitalists who run the Governments are together holding all the money and may not want to give out any of their money at all.
