American president Mr Obama arrived in New Delhi today as chief guest for the annual republic day ceremony in the year 2015.He arrived together with Michelle Obama, his wife.
There is definite sense of good will all through this visit and its preparations so far.Prime Minister Modi hosted an afternoon tea for Obama in the gardens of Hyderabad house.
Modi played an excellent host for Obama as both the leaders discussed many issues in a completely relaxed manner as they walked the gardens and sat over the tea personally served to Obama by Modi.
America certainly looks at India as one of its long term natural allies and is attempting to consolidate this relationship at a much more stronger level. It is during this visist that Mr Obama announced removal of the final road block in the historic civil nuclear energy supply deal with peace loving India .
Obama,s second visit to India during his presidency carries a great significance and marks the emergence of India as a reliable ally in this region.
Modi has no doubt boosted the image of India as a country ready to do business with his "Make in India" propoganda. India sees America as a long term trade partner.
