Australian Doctors Trained Overseas Association (ADTOA) is a non profit organisation established in New South Wales few years ago.
ADTOA aims to provide support as well as represent International Medical Graduates (IMG's) in various issues surrounding their registration and assesment process in Australia.

One of the publications recently posted on the ADTOA web site www.adtoa.org raised the issue of ongoing inconsitency and total lack of transparency in the process of assesment of the postgraduate qualifications held by overseas doctors in Australia.
In a recent parliamentary debate an urgent senate inquiry was demanded by the honorable members of parliament Mr Entsch, Mr Laming and Mr Katter.The content of this debate was published on the official web site of ADTOA ( www.adtoa.org).
